The Party Starts Here has been locally owned and operated in Charlottesville, Virginia for over 35 years. It is our mission to offer top of the line customer service combined with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Over the years we have supported many local organizations such as Jefferson Swim League, YMCA, Albemarle County and Charlottesville City schools; various little league teams, and many local churches. The Party Starts Here has the largest selection of party supplies and costumes in Central Virginia! This website is not a complete list of everything we carry in our physical store, but it is an extensive representation of the selection we have.
